It is mainly used for evaluating and judging the color fastness to rubbing of dyed fiber products. Use dry or moist white cotton cloth to tie the surface of the friction hammer of the machine, rub the colored test piece with a certain load and number of times, and compare the gray scale to evaluate the dyeing rubbing fastness level. It can also be used as a friction test for organic solvents. Number of test samples: 6 groups. Two sets of test heads of 200g and 500g are configured. This machine is a testing machine based on the rubbing tester type 2 (gakuchan shape) specified in the color fastness test of textiles in the Japanese Industrial Standard and the test method for color fastness to rubbing (JIS L 0849). It is mainly used to evaluate and judge the color fastness to rubbing of dyed fiber products. Through the exchange of various accessories sold separately, it can be applied to the [hair flocking strength test] of flocked fabrics, the [friction decolorization test] of artificial leather, and the friction and abrasion resistance test of cardboard, printing, ink, paint, etc. A friction tester that can be applied to various materials.
