XD-B28 Rainproof Tester
Rainproof tester, which can test the water repellency of fabrics or composites under different rain pressures. Product introduction:
Rainproof tester, which can test the water repellency of fabrics or composites under different rain pressures. This instrument can simulate rain spraying from the horizontal direction to the fabric to be tested vertically fixed in the stainless steel tank. The back of the sample is attached to the standard suction filter paper (weighing before and after the test). The water in the water column is sprayed by standard sprinklers to form rain, and the water volume of the water column can be adjusted from 600mm (24 inches) to 2400mm (96 inches) in 300mm (12 inches) increments.
working principle:
A test sample, wrapped in a weighed absorbent paper, sprayed with water for 5 minutes under controlled conditions, and then by re-weighing the absorbent paper, can determine the amount of water penetrated by the sample during the test.
Options:
AATCC suction filter paper 500 x 1000mm (20 x 40 inches), 25 sheets, also suitable for AATCC test methods 8, 42 and 70. Electronic balance: The balance for weighing the absorbent paper must be accurate to 0.1g
